FAQ
Common questions from school leaders
Straight answers for owners, principals, and registrars evaluating School Org.
Is School Org only for Philippine schools?+
Yes. School Org is built for private K–12 schools in the Philippines — with workflows shaped for the Philippine school year (June–May), DepEd-aligned grading, and registrar operations common in local private schools.
Which package should we buy first?+
Most Cebu private schools land on Registrar Core for branded documents and the learner source of truth, then upgrade to Academic Pack for public online enrollment + grading before June or report-card season. Choose Finance Pack when tuition collections hurt more than grading. Choose Complete Campus when you want HRIS + Parents Portal in one school-year commitment.
Can we start with just one module?+
Absolutely. Every school starts with School Management (Registrar Core), including customizable SF / school document templates. Add Enrollment for a public apply link, then Grading, Billing, HRIS, or Parents Portal — or jump a bundle when the discount is clearer.
What are add-ons vs bundles?+
Bundles (Registrar Core → Academic → Finance → Complete Campus) are the main school-year packages, priced by learner band. Add-ons — DepEd Compliance Pack, teacher grading seats, standalone HRIS, multi-campus quotes, and the upcoming school marketing microsite — close specific gaps without forcing a full upgrade.
Do you replace DepEd LIS?+
No. School Org helps you maintain accurate learner records and school-branded documents inside your school first. You still encode or submit to DepEd LIS through your existing process — but with cleaner source data and fewer re-entry errors. The Compliance Pack focuses onboarding on that readiness.
How is pricing structured?+
Pricing is per school and package, billed per Philippine school year (June–May), with early-access floors and a published target list for ≤150, 151–500, and 501+ learners. Example early-access Complete Campus: ₱129,999 (small) / ₱299,999 (mid) / from ₱649,999 (501+). Target list for the same bands: ₱179,999 / ₱379,999 / from ₱799,999. Still far below ₱130–176 per student per month SaaS list math. Teacher seats, Compliance Pack, and implementation may be add-ons; the school microsite is roadmap. Request a demo for a formal quote.
Is there a public enrollment page and a school website?+
Yes to public enrollment when you buy the Enrollment module (included in Academic Pack and above) — families apply online with document upload and registrar review. A branded marketing single-page website wired to that enrollment flow is on our roadmap; join the waitlist on your demo call.
How long does onboarding take?+
Most schools need 2–4 weeks for initial setup — school year, classes, subjects, and core student records. We recommend starting 3–4 months before enrollment or grading peak so your team is confident before the busy season.
Can we migrate from Excel or another system?+
Yes. We help schools move from spreadsheets and legacy tools during onboarding. Share your current format and we will plan a practical import path — no rip-and-replace required on day one.
Who should request a demo?+
School owners, principals, registrars, and finance managers are the best fit. Tell us your biggest challenge — enrollment, grading, billing, or scattered records — and we will tailor the demo workspace to the package that matches.
Do you serve schools in Lapu-Lapu City and Cebu?+
Yes. School Org is designed for private K–12 schools in Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan, Mandaue, Cebu City, and across Cebu Province. Workflows follow the local school calendar — June opening, January intake, and LIS encoding season. We onboard remotely and can meet on-site in Metro Cebu when needed.
What is the difference between enterprise and personal licenses?+
Enterprise licenses cover your whole school for a module — ideal for School Management, Enrollment, Billing, and Parents Portal. Personal licenses are seat-based: you buy a quantity and assign specific users, which works well for teachers who only need grading access. School admins manage seat assignment from the employee licenses screen.
Is our student data secure?+
Yes. Each school's data is tenant-isolated with role-based access. Module licenses and permissions are enforced server-side — not trusted from the browser alone. We are happy to walk through hosting and access details on a demo call.
